No person can drive a Motor Vehicle, which is not registered with R.T.O. No owner of a Motor Vehicle can allow or permit the use of an Unregistered Vehicle.

Test with Form 1, Form 2, Age Proof, Address Proof, Medical Certificate Form 1-A for Transport License, 3 copies of passport size photographs and fees.


A person after completion of thirty days of Learner’s License may apply for the test of competence to drive to the licencing Authority in whose jurisdiction he resides.


Requires Form 9, Fees,Driving License, Application –cum-declaration as to physical fitness in Form 1, Medical Certificate in Form 1-A, 3 copies of applicants recent photographs.


A candidate is required to present himself before licensing authority with Form IDP, Valid driving license, Valid Passport, Passport size photograph (3 copies) and Fees.
